Business training in public speaking and oral communication
Seventeen one-day courses, in-house and tailored, for teams that need to convince: public speaking, management, negotiation, media training. Filmed simulations on your real situations.
Public speaking
The foundation: voice, presence, improvisation, in English or in French.

Charisma
Charisma is learned: posture, voice, eye contact, presence.

Improvisation
Bounce back from the unexpected, keep your composure under pressure, turn a blank into an opportunity.

Public speaking
Scientific rigour, theatre techniques and real professional simulations.

Public speaking in French
Speak with confidence in professional French: structure a talk, handle the unexpected, convince a French-speaking audience.

Voice
The voice carries more than a third of a talk's impact.
Persuade & influence
Build an argument and hold your ground under challenge, in a meeting or in front of a microphone.

Debate
Answer the questions that throw you, argue under pressure, stay in control against pushback.

Lobbying & public affairs
Understand how public decisions are made, map the stakeholders, build a case that carries.

Media training
Master your press, radio and television interviews.

Rhetoric
Structure a speech that convinces: argumentation, ethos, pathos, logos.
Lead & manage
Talking to your team: set the frame, reset it, bring people along.

Conflict management
Defuse a tension before it becomes a deadlock, handle a conflict without losing the relationship.

Feedback
Give feedback that drives growth, without damaging the relationship.

Leadership
Leadership is seen and heard: posture, voice, a message that carries a team.

Management
Structure teamwork, delegate, run a difficult conversation without botching it.

Team cohesion
Cohesion isn't decreed at a fun offsite: it's built through communication (listening, feedback, resolving tension).
Grow your business
Selling, pitching, negotiating: the words that close.

Negotiation
Move beyond the power struggle: prepare your negotiations, weigh the interests in play, build agreements that last.

Pitch
Structure a clear, sharp, memorable message, in 90 seconds or in 3 minutes.

Prospecting
Structure your prospecting, book more qualified meetings, handle objections without losing your footing.
One catalogue, one method
All these courses share the same backbone: the Letmotiv method, which combines scientific rigour, theatre techniques and filmed professional simulations. Whatever the topic, pitch, feedback or negotiation, participants work on their own situations, watch themselves on screen and leave with reflexes, not a binder.
The catalogue is organised by goal. Public speaking covers the foundation: voice, charisma, improvisation, in English or in French. Persuade and influence is for those who must hold a position under challenge, in a meeting, a debate or in front of a journalist. Lead and manage covers the manager’s conversations, from feedback to conflict. Grow your business brings together the words that sell: prospecting, pitch, negotiation.
Each course lasts one seven-hour day, in person or remotely. The flagship public speaking course is longer, twenty hours split between online modules, video sessions and one in-person day, because it lays the foundation the others build on. Groups run from 4 to 8 participants so that everyone goes in front of the camera several times.
For a team, the right starting point is rarely a single course. A programme of two or three days, chosen with you according to your people’s real speaking situations, lasts longer than a one-off day. The quote follows a conversation about your needs, and the training can be funded by your OPCO.
Frequently asked questions
Can several courses be combined?
Yes. The one-day courses combine into a programme: public speaking then pitch for a sales team, or feedback then conflict management for managers. The programme is adjusted to your real situations before the session.
Where do the courses take place?
In-house, in person or remotely by video conference. Filmed simulations work in both formats.
How many participants per group?
4 to 8 participants per group, so that everyone goes in front of the camera several times during the day. Team cohesion is the exception: it is designed for a real team, whatever its size.
How is the training funded?
From the company's own funds, through the OPCO (skills operator) for employees, or through the FAF training fund for the self-employed. Letmotiv is Qualiopi certified. Pricing is on quote, depending on format and number of participants.
How soon can we start?
Timing is agreed together: on average three weeks between your request and the first session.
