All content on the site (text, visuals, logos, videos, the C.O.C.O.A.® method, teaching materials, site structure, code) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Letmotiv or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Letmotiv, as data controller, collects personal data through the site's forms (contact, quote request, registration) for the purposes of handling requests, managing the client relationship and meeting training-related obligations. Legal basis: consent, performance of pre-contractual measures or of a contract, legitimate interest.
Data is kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then archived in line with statutory periods (notably five years for Qualiopi and accounting records). It is intended for Letmotiv, its processors (host, management tool) and, where applicable, funders (OPCO skills operators). No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as the right to give post-mortem instructions. These rights may be exercised at contact@letmotiv.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
